WHEN is sweetness not good for anyone? The answer is when your blood “carries” too much sugar.

Blood sugar, or specifically known as glucose, provides the energy needed to perform a lot, if not all, of man’s daily activities. Sounds a great help for the body unless it is not regulated well enough to sustain wellness. This may lead to serious health problems, limb amputation or death out of complications due to diabetes.
