The 1st Queen of Cebu event will be held on the 24th of October 2009 at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino in Lahug Cebu City. The Queen of Cebu is a Gay beauty pageant and promises to be an exciting event for a Saturday evening in the city known as the “Queen of the South”.
