Last night, Globe Business celebrated good business with its most loyal customers in Cebu City in the Marriott Hotel, the theme of which was “A Night in Las Vegas”. Among those invited are Globe’s customers for the last three years some of which are Julies Franchise, Fast Logistics, and Waterfront Hotels.
Globe Vegas Photobooth
The event started with registration, with sexy young ladies giving out playing cards and bundles of money, play money, which can be used to play Poker, Black Jack, and buy merchandise like fancy sunglasses. The playing cards were later used as a “token” in playing for the prizes that Globe so generously provided. A photobooth was also setup where guests can have their pictures taken with Manilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley and the bright lights of Las Vegas on the background.
Among these said prices are HP minis, Lenovo Ideapads, Blackberry Geminis, Playstation 3 Slim, MyScreen Flat screens, and numerous other cellphones. There was even a Wii up for grabs.
Marissa Sanchez and Roy Empleo hosted and also entertained the crowd in between games. So noticeable was the

vivacity of Marissa that everyone found themselves laughing even at her greener jokes. Roy, on the other hand, was also one of the victims of Marissa’s antics when she said he should stop using Tagalog, and instead speak in English, because it makes her cringe. Cebuanos are better known as very fluent English speakers than as Filipino/Tagalog users.
Also present in the event, who welcomed everyone in their Las Vegas-y costumes are Jesus “Boboy” Romero, Head Enterprise Business Group, and Head of Globe Business Gil B. Genio.
