It draws in millions of people from the Philippines and tourists from all over the world, 2010 was the 30th time. Sinulog is the most colorful festival in this region and is held every third Sunday in January in honor of Santo Niño (the child Jesus), who used to be the patron saint of the whole province of Cebu.
