-CnT Lechon is a local Cebu favorite!
-Rico’s Lechon is quite well-known among Filipinos and claimed to have the best gyud!
-Zubuchon is known to be a healthy step to the traditional lechon dish. No preservatives or food coloring, only organic ingredients. Apparently Anthony Bourdain called it the “best pig ever”!

  1. lol lechón is a spanish word, it means something like "milked" so it should be a baby pork which was feed only with his mom milk, before the baby pork start eating by his self. That one looks yummy even it doesn't look like a baby pork. Greetings from Spain!!
