CEBU CITY — A “Gift of Education” awaits the four new lawyers from the University of San Carlos here who broke into the Top 10 in the 2018 Bar Examinations.
Marcley Augustus Natu-el (second placer), Mark Lawrence Badayos (third) Jebb Lynus Cane (ninth) and Alan Joel Pita (10th) will receive lifetime scholarship from their alma mater.
Recipients of the lifetime scholarship grants can nominate a scholar—-whether a relative or not, who may choose any course he or she wishes to enroll in at the university, said lawyer Joan Largo, dean of the USC College of Law.
When the scholar finishes the program, she added, the Bar placer could nominate another scholar.
